At Manna from heaven, we help build up lives that the world sent crashing down. we are an organization quickly growing by means of sharing the Love that we found through the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
If you ever felt like you've lost the way, know that Jesus is the way! and through him you too can achieve your breakthrough! including a better "way" of life! hear of testimony after testimony of the wonders our God still does today as he did yesterday and can and is willing to do it again just for YOU!
Come for the food stay for the salvation! we provide fresh groceries free of charge for those in need as well as can help with resources to help pay bills, seek financial help and housing and soon will be able to provide with anything you might be in need around the house! but dont cut your blessings short! we also provide counseling, an ear to hear and prayer to any one who is willing.

Manna’s Main Service
Manna’s main service is held on Saturdays, as the Holy Word calls us to gather. We also observe the Lord’s Supper on the first Saturday of each month.
We are available for other holy events as well, including weddings, child presentations, baptisms, and more—free of charge. Though, financial offerings and blessings are a huge help to the church.

The Bible speaks for itself. We believe the Word is living and double-edged, and we encourage every member to grow in their walk with the Lord personally.
The first way to hear the Lord’s voice is to know His Word. That’s why every Monday, we invite you to come and learn how to read the Bible, study it, and savor every verse with us at Manna—so you can do the same at home.

Our Food Distribution Day
We work with Waste Hunger Not Food and CapK Food Bank to bring you fresh foods of all sorts—from vegetables to sweet breads and snacks, as well as meat and even pet food.
All we need is your name, address, and the number of people in your household. No IDs or other information are required!
Please remember: supplies are limited, so come early to get on the list.
We start taking names at 2:30 PM, and lining up is allowed starting at 1:00 PM.

one goal we have at Manna is to provide some thing to do throughout the year! we understand that the ways of the world can be over bearing, and as such would like to offer special evets and trips to allow relief to those wanting a more "set apart" life . we consider ourselves family in Christ and as such do everything together! here are some examples of our past events!
we were so amazed at the way the Holy Spirit came down on the children and parents the Give away was a huge seccess! and so many people left blessed restored, healed, baptized, but most importantly, with Jesus In their hearts!

Harvest Crusade!
We were Blessed and fortunate enough to be a part of history! team Manna came together with thousands of Christian siblings to worship God along side a line up consisting of Phil Wickham, Chris Tomlin and Brook Ligertwood! as well as the Harvest Worship team! 50,000 souls repeated the sinners prayer guided by Evangelist Greg Laurie! and it all took place in Angel stadium Anaheim Ca.

4th of July seaworld/camping
trip!
The kids had such a blast going out to sea world san diego while the adults had a great time around a camp fire . the Lord had opened a path for the team and other members of the church to take a leisurely trip to fellowship outside of Bakersfield. it was a blast. the Lord even gifted Pastor Vanessa with a cross necklace! what a trip!

Summer time is swim time! this past memorial day we showed our respect to our fallen solders by enjoying our freedom! and did so with a good swim, BBQ and a Movie with Popcorn!

Movie nights
we love movie nights! and watch christian based movies at least once a month. in the summer time we take the movie outside! keep in the loop to find out the next showing! I should mention we also love karaoke,we'll keep you posted on that too!

Being set free from addiction to meth by the Lord Jesus Christ Vanessa devoted her life to the Lord. Living a life in the closet as a homosexual, and addicted to Drugs and alcohol, Mark searched for Christ for a completely unrelated issue. Mark was as demonically possessed as one would see in the movies about the subject. After receiving deliverance and healing, he thought that if the God of the bible healed him of such horrible ordeal, then the Bible itself must have some truth to the subject of homosexuality. Being guided by the Holy spirit, he chose to leave that lifestyle and devote himself as a Eunuch to Christ. The Lord however, had his own plans, as man plans his path, but the Lord guides his steps, God guided Mark to Vanessa. Falling in Love, they chose to serve the Lord together in Holy matrimony! Pastor Mark is now a living testament to the healing power of the Holy Spirit and is a contradiction the Lie in which Satan has instilled in homosexuals to think they were "born this way"!
